Sentiment
Analyzes the emotional tone (positive, neutral, negative) of AI responses mentioning your brand, grouped into themes (e.g., “service quality,” “cost issues”). It reveals how your brand is perceived, with a focus on negative sentiment to address concerns.
Sentiments are classified in Positives and Negatives and they are counted and tracked for each Sentiment Statement appearing in responses.
Theme
Sentiment Themes are categories that group similar sentiment feedback in AI responses to identify recurring patterns or topics about your brand. Themes provide a structured way to understand what aspects of your brand (e.g., service quality, pricing) drive positive, neutral, or negative perceptions.
Themes are auto extracted from response statements
Example: Themes might include:
- "Service Quality": Feedback about the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- "Cost Issues": Comments on pricing or fees.
- "Customer Support": Opinions on support responsiveness.
Statement
Statements are specific excerpts or summaries of AI responses that illustrate the positive or negative sentiment and themes associated with your brand. They provide concrete examples of what AI platforms say, making sentiment insights actionable and transparent.
Example: statements under the "Cost Issues" theme might include:
- "Acme Limited’s pricing is competitive and delivers strong value for SEO services." (Positive)
- "Clients report Acme Limited’s pricing is too steep for small businesses." (Negative)
Notes:
- One Theme can include multiple statements
- One statement can only belong to one theme.
- One Statement belongs to one response.
